Why are your prices so low?

At the outset, we wanted to offer high-quality products at really affordable prices - Fully realizing that a large portion of our customers are under 20 years old and on a budget. With the present exchange rate of the Japanese yen, prices are just too expensive for most people to purchase their similar products. Also, the US dollar is experiencing its weakest exchange rate against the Euro, GBP & AUD in a very long time, so the USA truly is a bargain basement for the world.

What are your hours of operation? -

We operate M-F 10am-6pm CST. We do try to check into our Facebook pages throughout the night, but the best way to contact us is through this site or by email.

Do you ship on Saturdays?

No, we are closed on the weekends. If there is a "wig emergency" and you need something Expressed over the weekend, leave a note at checkout and we will try our best to get it out to you on Saturday for a Monday delivery (USA).

Do you combine shipping on International orders?

We will try to combine wigs into one Flat Rate Envelope when possible. As a general rule, we do not combine wigs with detachable ponytails since the ponytails are bulky and act pretty much as a second wig. When we combine the wigs, we might remove one of the cardboard sides to create space. PLEASE NOTE: Our shopping cart system has no way of determing combined shipping, so please pay separate shipping for each item and leave a note to use that you want it combined. We will promptly refund the additional shipping charge(s) to you when we print out the label.

How soon will it ship from the time order is placed?

What kind of fibers do you use in your wigs?

We use a high temperature fiber that can be heated up to 180*F/82*C - the lowest setting on most hair tools. There are other fibers out there that can reach higher temperatures, but we found them to be too dull in color for our pastel and vibrant collections, and too coarse and rough for comfortable daily wear. Our wigs have much thought and thorough testing put into each design and do not require a style overhaul like general cosplay wigs.

What is the difference between "blend" and "mix" in your wig descriptions?

In the real world, the words are interchangable for the most part, but in the wig world a "blend" is when two colors are used in a design with each color still distinguishable from the other. A "mix" is when the two different fibers that are mixed together form a new color - i.e. Red & White = Pink.
