Returns Policy

Due to the nature of this product and sanitary concerns, RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED. If there are questions about the color, please ask before purchasing - We will not accept returns if a customer decides a color does not suit them after receiving the wig. Color varies from screen to screen, but we try to shoot our wigs as closely to its true color.

Of course, we will make exceptions for any of our products that are defective or arrive damaged. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Shipping charges are listed below...

Shipping Costs

USA (Incl. AK, HI, & Puerto Rico): FREE SHIPPING on all purchases. If the package weighs 13 oz. or less, we will ship by USPS First Class with tracking. Packages exceeding that will be shipped by USPS Priority Flat Rate Envelope // EXPRESS SHIPPING is $15 per item (we assume much of the charge since shipping is free on normal delivery times).

CANADA: $9 USD FLAT RATE per item by USPS Priority Flat Rate Envelope* with an estimated delivery time of 6-10 business days // EXPRESS SHIPPING is $26 per item in Flat Rate Envelope.**

MEXICO: $9 USD FLAT RATE per item by USPS Priority Flat Rate Envelope* with an estimated delivery time of 6-10 business days // EXPRESS SHIPPING is $35 per item in Flat Rate Envelope.**

INTERNATIONAL (Excl. Can. & Mex.): $13 USD FLAT RATE per item by USPS Priority Flat Rate Envelope* with an estimated delivery time of 6-10 business days. // EXPRESS SHIPPING is $35 per item in Flat Rate Envelope.**

* We have discontinued offering INTERNATIONAL First Class Mail service due to the unpredictability of shipping times which take anywhere from 6 business days to 6 weeks.

** We assume much of the charge on all intl. shipments since USA residents get free shipping. International customers actually pay less than we are charged.

Combined shipping on International orders? We will try to combine wigs into one Flat Rate Envelope when possible. As a general rule, we do not combine wigs with detachable ponytails since the ponytails are bulky and act pretty much as a second wig. When we combine the wigs, we might remove one of the cardboard sides to create space. PLEASE NOTE: Our shopping cart system has no way of determing combined shipping, so please pay separate shipping for each item and leave a note to use that you want it combined. We will promptly refund the additional shipping charge(s) to you when we print out the label.
